ACHIM offers social and community housing to citizens of greater Montreal. With a lively and safe environment, we promote a lifestyle focused on community and mutual support. Our tenants can get involved in various spheres and at the same time, participate in the community life of the home. Currently, we are responsible for the management of three homes intended for people aged 60 and over, autonomous and semi-autonomous.

Our housing is not all subsidized. In fact, 50% of our housing is reserved for people eligible for low rent. It is important to mention that there is currently a waiting list for subsidized housing.

Please return these documents by mail, accompanied by photocopies of the documents requested in the letter of introduction.
Please attach the documents mentioned with your introduction letter along with your accommodation request, so that it can be validated and accepted. Please note that you must renew your housing application each year this is to keep your file open and updating our waiting list if applicable.
Commonly called low rent, the basic rent will be 25% of your income. There are admission criteria to this program.
All our other housing are competitively priced and below the current Montreal market.
To the price of the rent is added a flat rate for mandatory services.
